Return and Exchange

We hope you absolutely love your new products as much as we do!  However we do understand that you may change your mind or require a different size/style.   

 

We are happy to accept returns in their original condition (unused, unworn and unaltered) with all tags attached. If the tags are not fully intact, no refund or exchange will be processed. 

 

To start your return or exchange, please contact us on contact@eqclusive.com to obtain return form.  If you are unable to print, a handwritten note will do but please include the relevant information. 

 

All returns must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery.  If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.

 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we receive items in a condition where we are unable to sell them to future customers or if we consider that the tags have been tampered with. Please ensure items are packed the same way as you receive them. 

  

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.  Items purchased using a store credit or gift voucher will be eligible for store credit only.  Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to show on your bank statement.

 

The cost of shipping your first exchange in the UK is free. International customers maybe required to pay additional charges.

 

 

Sale Items

 

Items that have been purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for refund.  If stock levels permit, we may be able to exchange for any fit or sizing reasons but the customer will have to cover the cost of re-shipping.

 

Faulty Items

 

We are very disappointed on the rare instances our customers receive a faulty product, however manufacturing faults very occasionally may slip through our Quality Control.

 

In the unfortunate event you consider your purchase faulty please contact us via email immediately to contact@eqclusive.com along with your order number, a description and photograph of the issue so we can investigate. 

 

Our company policy is to provide a replacement product up to 30 days after receipt of the goods if they turn out to have a manufacturing fault.

 

Items damaged due to excessive or long term use or not washed according to the provided care instructions are not considered to be faulty.  Only manufacturing faults will be considered.  We will not refund items that are damaged due to incorrect sizing.  

 

All items are required for inspection and need to be returned to us within 30 days after the communication was initiated.
