Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Introduction: These terms and conditions pertain to pre-ordering items through Eqclusive LTD and are designed to ensure transparency and compliance with consumer rights as outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We want to provide you with all the necessary information to make an informed purchasing decision before you proceed with your order.

Pre-Purchase Information: The law requires that consumers receive adequate information before making a purchase to make an informed decision. This means we cannot withhold important details or provide misleading information.

1. Pre-Order Description: Pre-order items are those not currently available or sold out in our physical or online store. Placing a pre-order or back-order involves making an advance payment for a desired item or product. Before submitting your order, please ensure you have thoroughly read and understood all the conditions outlined here.

Details, Terms & Conditions:

1. Full Payment: To secure your pre-order, we require full payment through Online Transfer (Paypal) or any designated payment channel. Clients must remit the full amount stated on the invoice. Payment should be transferred within five (5) days from submitting the "Order Form." Failure to do so may result in order cancellation (applies to Bank Transfer).

2. Order Cancellation: Once the "Order Form" is submitted and payment is made, orders cannot be canceled or exchanged for other tools, items, or services. All pre-orders are considered final.

3. Estimated Date of Arrival: The shipment schedule is based on our selected courier's policies. While we can track our packages, we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date and time due to factors beyond our control (e.g., technical issues with the shipping company, natural disasters, customs delays, etc.). However, we guarantee delivery within 120 days or a full refund. Please manage your expectations accordingly. If you cannot wait for this duration, we advise against proceeding with your order.

4. Order Processing and Lost Items: Once the products arrive and are received by our team, we will notify you via the contact information provided (phone, email, and social media platforms). Your orders will be packed within 24 hours and scheduled for shipment. In the rare event of lost items during shipment, we will refund the full amount you paid and offer a discount on your next purchase.

5. Non-Transferable Pre-Orders: Pre-orders are non-transferable and will be shipped directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We prioritize the privacy and security of our clients and, therefore, do not entertain requests for order transfers.
