LeMieux is incredibly proud to be included in the 2022 Sunday Times 100, having been recognised as the 66th Fastest Growing Private Company in the UK.

This is not only a remarkable achievement for the business, but also a testament to our phenomenal team.

With products sold in 69 countries, sales have grown from £10m in 2018 to over £35m in 2022, whilst maintaining a 25% EBITDA.

A brand that has equestrian at its heart, with products made for riders by riders, LeMieux has also expanded into leisurewear and casual clothing, and are introducing a range of outdoor footwear. Our products can now be found in Selfridges and John Lewis, amongst numerous prestigious equestrian retailers.

Since 2021, the business has more than doubled in size, from 32 members of staff to over 75 today.

We are still expanding and look forward to welcoming more talent to our Hampshire HQ as we enter the next stage of our growth.

Robert Lemieux became involved in the equestrian world as an event rider, competing at Olympic and World Championship level for Great Britain and later for Canada. He retired from professional riding after a serious injury but continued to compete up to Badminton 2004.

Robert and his wife Lisa started Horse Health in 2003, selling supplements from a van, and continued to grow the business until they launched the LeMieux brand in 2006 when they identified a need for quality lambskin saddle pads and set about making their own range. “We really wanted to make equipment that was innovative, well-made but above all, affordable.” This is the philosophy they still pursue today.
