This new pad design from Acavallo has many striking features, its new gel structure with a highly designed horizontal airflow pattern with a multitude of little bulges with lateral holes permitting an even more effective horizontally directed air circulation and increased shock absorption. Besides creating a cushion effect every time they are compressed, the bulges generate a flow of refreshing air that keeps the back of the horse perfectly dry, the new open bulge structure enables us to use less material, resulting in a substantial decrease of the gel pad weight. (Almost 20% less compared to previous Air release pads)

The active soft gel can be machine washed (30 degrees) or by hand in a bucket of water with little detergent (Fairy Liquid works a treat).
Rub LeMieux Wool Wash into the lambskin areas.
We recommend the use of a wash bag if machine washing, this both protects your machine and prevents snagging on the drum or seals.
Do not use harsh detergents.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not expose to direct heat or strong sunlight.
Allow to dry naturally.

NB: When considering the size of half pad, please take into account how much rolled edge you wish to see, especially at the back of your saddle.
